Hey. First things first, did you listened to episode 7 of our Podcast? It was very fun to watch for us and the admins also. Check it out. Long ago even before Mr B.F.F made this Podcast, it had to be low budget and we actually kept the style alive.

Let's start from the beginning. At first, COVID-19 strucked so everyone was at home. He was at a computer and just browsing. Looking at YouTubers and the way they showed their appreciation for a podcast, Mr B.F.F had an idea to create his own! But the interest was too good to take so he passed. An after looking for a distributor (called Anchor) who can help the works of our podcast, he took the opportunity. He discovered a similiar Podcast who used it but had no episodes! It was linked in a YouTube channel, and then Mr B.F.F showed enough interest to work on it! Although the tools he was looking at, he pointed out that it might have not been what he's looking for. So he could've possibly deleted it. But he waited for days to distribute the podcast to each streaming service, and he worked on the first episode rolled out. Will was the Camel and Ryan was the Frog. When the podcast got approved, Angelo (I) got surprised! I said "Cool".

And another journey began. More episodes are to be created.

So the main topic here is what makes this podcast low budget, no money on microphones, special equipment and a studio? We use many services, like Anchor to help us run, and Text to Speech. Apparently, no one was interested in the prospect that a real human was able to speak in our podcast. Even Mr B.F.F's voice, he looks fine when it recorded but when he listens to a voice recorder, he hates the sound of his own voice, so the speech program was our only way of creating until we evolve.

Since Mr B.F.F made the acquisition deal and already left and had lots of money, we thought that we could've borrowed money for some special equipment but he rejected it because he just had other stuff to work on. Whilst we respect his decision, it determined that Angelo needed to step it up, so Andrew helped him to collect some funds for Angelo.

Although Angelo's home is at the South, he has; what is called a "Blue Yeti X" but coming back to filming, there were some slight technical errors with the setup, one we needed to capture the Text to speech voices, and convert it to audio. So at his home, he has all the tools and a capture card, lol. (I am writing this too by the time I share my setup.....) along with the awesome video editor in which James gave us a look at and it was awesome the VSDC editor. We did edited how Mr B.F.F used to do it precisely. And it just became a successful run. Mr B.F.F still does the filming of Gallery videos. as a matter of fact. But he did edit the audio stubs before and put it to Anchor.

Almost all of the work costs $0! Which is a feat for us since video editors like Camtasia Studio costs around $320.

Mr B.F.F uses Bandicam to record the script and voices from the Text to Speech services. Then drags them to VSDC and makes them to an MP4 and finally converts the original master copy to MP3. M4A is the final result of clean crisp audio. The branding Assets comes from a $1,000 Android Smart phone as well as future projects and videos.

And with our hidden studio bunker, it's home. But unfortunately we had some kind of notice that it will be destroyed in 2 years. There was constructions tools around the grass area so it's not pleasing and quiet to film during a weekday. Angelo's home is more safe and secure for now.....

So what's the conclusion?

Our opinion says, WE ARE LOW BUDGET USING FREE SOFTWARE.

Tools used are: Bandicam, Free Text to Speech, MP4 to MP3 Converter, and VSDC video editor.

However, Angelo and Mr B.F.F's Money in the past was put forth into good use and for other stuff. With both the website costs and tools needed: here's the list:

Android Phone Model: SM-G781 - Cost of phone by provider was $842.00. - Freedom

Cost of Equipment - Amazon links, 3DS and Computer programs - $369.98

Domain for camelfrogpodcast.com - $92.45

Total: $1304.43.

Seems high to you and us but we don't own anything professional. So after that story, you could be thinking to yourself what is the kind of setup you would want for a podcast that you like to make! Simply just be creative and don't over do what we did! That is just our opinion, we could be wrong but do give feedback!
